Prof. Dr. Strahinja Dimitrijević
Director

Doctor of Psychological Sciences engaged at the Faculty of Philosophy, University of Banja Luka. He received his doctorate in Novi Sad, on a topic related to language processing. For years, he studied the corpus of the Serbian language. Expert in the field of memory and thinking. He is well acquainted with the methodology of psychological research and statistical procedures. He has significant experience in psycho-social research, evaluation of various programs and projects, financial reporting and business plan creation, as well as MKD management. Member of the Laboratory for Experimental Research and the Institute of Humanities, Faculty of Philosophy in Banja Luka. For many years, he actively cooperated with domestic and foreign non-governmental organizations, Hello Neighbor, UNICEF, Save the Children, IBHI, DFID, etc. He has edited and published several monographs and dozens of scientific articles.

A doctor of psychological sciences, whose path is marked by a passion for decision-making and strategic communication. She obtained her doctorate at the renowned Faculty of Philosophy, University of Belgrade, bringing fresh perspectives on decision-making. Currently engaged at the Faculty of Philosophy in Banja Luka, she shares her rich knowledge and experience with future professionals. Over the last seven years, her professional focus has been on strategic communication and positioning individuals and organizations. Creating and leading campaigns became her trademark, and collaboration with IPSOS Strategic Marketing agency from Belgrade earned her the status of a specialist in qualitative research. Her impressive biography includes the creation of a concept for marking the 20 years of the Dayton Peace Agreement, achieved in collaboration with Nezavisne Novine. She’s the creator of the psychosocial program “In-spe”, designed for working with youth, as well as the unique model “Banjaluka ljudskog lica,” aimed at improving the quality of life in the local community, successfully implemented at the City Administration of Banja Luka. Her contributions extend beyond the academic arena. She has collaborated with numerous domestic and international companies, local communities, governmental and non-governmental sectors, contributing to various initiatives and projects. She is particularly fond of Wheaten Terriers and is the proud owner of the only kennel of these magical dogs in Bosnia and Herzegovina.

Prof. dr. Strahinja Dimitrijević, director of Sigma Solutions Ltd.

A doctor of psychological sciences from the Faculty of Philosophy, University of Banja Luka. Professor Dr. Strahinja Dimitrijević is a prominent figure in the field of psychology, with extensive professional experience and profound expertise. With a rich academic background and impressive results, he is a key member of the Faculty of Philosophy at the University of Banja Luka, currently serving as the Head of the Department of Psychology. Expertise: With a doctorate from Novi Sad on the language processing topic, Prof. Dr. Dimitrijević has a deep understanding of language processes. As an expert in memory and thinking, he provides valuable insights into cognitive functions. His extensive knowledge of psychological research methodology and statistical procedures ensures the reliability of his studies. With years of experience in psycho-social research, program and project evaluation, financial reporting, and business plan creation, he brings a wide range of skills to his field. Academic Community: An active member of the Laboratory for Experimental Research and the Institute for Humanities at the Faculty of Philosophy in Banja Luka, he contributes to the growing knowledge in psychology. Global Collaboration: Through long-term collaboration with domestic and international NGOs such as Zdravo da ste, UNICEF, Save the Children, IBHI, DFID, and others, Prof. Dr. Dimitrijević actively contributes to the global community. Dr. Sonja Stančić
founder of Agency  Sigma solutinos d.o.o.

Doctor of Psychological Sciences. She holds a Ph.D. from the Faculty of Philosophy, University of Belgrade, in the field of decision making. Engaged at the Faculty of Philosophy in Banja Luka. The primary area of work in the last seven years is strategic communication and positioning of individuals and organizations, as well as creating and running campaigns. She was a long-term associate of the IPSOS Strategic Marketing agency from Belgrade and is a specialist in qualitative research. She is especially proud of the creation of a conceptual solution for the organization of the celebration of the 20th anniversary of the Dayton Peace Agreement, which was realized in cooperation with „Nezavisne novine“. She is the creator of the psychosocial program “In-spe” for work with young people, and the model “Banja Luka of the human face” – a unique model of raising the quality of life in the local community, which was implemented by the City Administration of Banja Luka.

She has collaborated with a number of domestic and international companies, local communities, and the governmental and non-governmental sectors.

ma. Sara Petković Đuranović, junior researcher

She completed her master’s degree in psychology at the Faculty of Philosophy in Banja Luka, in the field of clinical psychology. She worked at the Center for Mental Health, as well as at the Center for Social Work in Doboj. She has experience in working with children, advisory work with adults, and marketing psychology. Certified emotional literacy coach. Trained to independently create and conduct qualitative research.

She loves music and actively sings with the band in her spare time, she is creative and a dreamer.

She worked as a peer educator and within that, she was engaged in leading and motivating youth groups, lobbying, and advocacy, as well as media activities. She works as a junior researcher and lecturer in traffic psychology. Trained for independent creation and implementation of qualitative research, selection, and classification, and other segments in the field of HR, as well as public opinion analysis.

Psychotherapist and coach

She obtained a master’s degree in psychology at the Faculty of Philosophy, University of Novi Sad. She is a certified psychotherapist, trainer for trainers, and holds a certificate in Organizational Cognitive-Behavioral Coaching. She has many years of experience in working with individuals and groups. She is an associate of the TIM Center from Novi Sad. Author of the blog Psychologium, for personal growth and development. She is also the author of the popular “Handbook for the UnDecided”.

Danka is a prominent award-winning poetry writer, painter, and artist.

Goran Božić
Consultant for strategic planning, analysis, and reporting

He graduated from the Faculty of Economics in Banja Luka, majoring in financial management. He spent his working life in several management positions in the field of marketing, sales, planning and analysis, catering, and tourism. He has extensive experience in project management, marketing, and sales, analysis, planning, and reporting. He was trained in leading companies in the region.

She holds a Ph.D. from the Faculty of Philosophy in Tuzla in the field of corporate communication as well as the creation and management of corporate image. She has spent her working life in high-ranking management positions in companies from the real sector of the economy. She is currently a member of the top management team of “Arcon-in” Ltd. Zenica. She is an associate assistant professor at the University of Zenica, where she teaches several subjects. Certified Coach for Coaches; holds certificates from renowned international organizations in the field of management, leadership, public relations, and communications management. Creator of a four-phase model for solving public relations problems in local communities. Independent expert within several IPA projects. Business consultant with realized numerous and successful projects in domestic companies and organizations.
